In a dedicated effort to alleviate the hardships of the cold season, the North South University Social Services Club (NSUSSC) successfully conducted its signature humanitarian initiative, “Winter Clothing Drive 2025.” The event took place on December 28, 2025, in the Paba Upazila of Rajshahi district.
During the drive, student volunteers and members of NSUSSC distributed 1,300 high-quality blankets along with various warm garments to local underprivileged individuals. The initiative was designed not only to provide physical protection against the dropping temperatures but also to deliver a message of care and community compassion to those living in vulnerable conditions.

Organizers noted that the drive is part of the club’s long-standing commitment to social responsibility. By mobilizing resources and reaching out to remote areas like Paba, the students aimed to ensure that the warmth of the season reaches those who need it most. The successful execution of the event highlights the proactive role North South University students play in addressing national humanitarian needs.
