NSU Hosts Business Strategy Dialogue Featuring Unilever Bangladesh CEO. North South University’s (NSU) EMBA and MBA programs organized a Business Strategy Dialogue on 16 June 2026, featuring guest speaker Mr. Ruhul Quddus Khan, CEO and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited. The session was chaired by Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor, North South University, while Mr. Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Professor Nazlee Siddiqui, Director of the EMBA and MBA programs, and Professor Mokhlesur Rahman, an MBA program academic, moderated the session. As they opened the session, they highlighted the exclusivity of the event. Dr. Siddiqui emphasized how the dialogue brought together two highly respected institutions—academia and industry—to advance ethical and inclusive leadership as a cornerstone of strategic management.

He explained how the company’s approach is rooted in trust-building, people-first leadership, innovation, and values aligned with its organizational vision.
Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury concluded the session by noting that Unilever’s practices provide valuable lessons not only for graduates seeking careers in fast-moving consumer goods but also for those aspiring to launch start-ups and achieve success on par with Unilever.
