North South University (NSU) has officially released the schedule and guidelines for the graduate program admission and document verification process for the Spring 2026 semester. Candidates who have received their selection notices are required to visit the Registrar’s Office, located on the 3rd floor (Lift-3) of the Administration Building, to finalize their enrollment.
The admission window remains open from December 30, 2025, to January 20, 2026. Verification services are available from Sunday through Thursday, excluding government holidays. To ensure a smooth process, the university has designated two daily time slots: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
Mandatory Procedures for Candidates University officials emphasized that students must first collect their official Offer Letter from their respective departments before proceeding to the Registrar’s Office. It is critical for applicants to strictly adhere to the specific admission date indicated in their individual Acceptance or Offer Letters to avoid processing delays.
Required Documentation for Enrollment To complete the verification process, students must present both original documents and photocopies. The required academic credentials include certificates and transcripts for SSC or O-Levels, HSC or A-Levels, and Undergraduate degrees. For MBBS graduates, the university requires the submission of separate marksheets for each year of study alongside the degree certificate.
In addition to academic records, students must provide a copy of their National ID (NID) or Passport and two recent passport-size photographs.
Special Requirements for MPH Applicants Candidates applying for the Master of Public Health (MPH) program, specifically those with an MBBS background, must fulfill additional criteria. These applicants are required to submit both original and photocopied versions of their Internship Certificate and BMDC Certificate.
The university clarified that all original documents will be returned to the students immediately following the verification. However, any student who has recently corrected information on their academic records must provide the revised copies, show the originals, and submit all supporting documentation related to the correction application.
Failure to present the necessary documents or appearing outside the scheduled timeframe may impact the finalization of the admission process.
