NSU ECE Achieves Milestone in QS Subject Rankings 2026. North South University (NSU) Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) achieves a significant milestone in its academic journey, as reflected in the latest QS World University Subject Rankings 2026.
For the first time, the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) discipline has been ranked in the 401–450 band globally, securing the 2nd position among all public and private universities in Bangladesh. This achievement places us alongside leading institutions such as Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and highlights the growing impact of our academic and research excellence.
In addition, our Computer Science and Information Systems program has been ranked in the 551–600 band globally, placing 3rd nationwide alongside institutions such as the University of Dhaka.
This remarkable accomplishment reflects the collective effort and dedication of our academic community. The department chair extends our sincere gratitude to the visionary leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Treasurer, and the IRC for their continuous support.
